The perfect holiday salad


Jasmine’s favourite seafood salad

6 sticks green celery (chopped)

2 green onions (sliced)

1/2 cup olive oil

2 cups cooked pasta shapes (cooled)

500g seafood (crabs, prawns, seafood extender etc)

1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley

1/4 cup lemon juice

Chop seafood into bite sized pieces and combine with celery, onion and parsley in a bowl. 

Mix olive oil and lemon juice together in a jar and shake to combine

Add pasta to seafood mix, add dressing and toss lightly
